Native iPad application for servicemen

As a supplement to the developed service management system, we have developed a native mobile application that works on the Apple iPad.
In the current version, the application is intended only for service partners (and not, for example, end users).

    Basic functionality:
  • end user base
  • database of devices assigned to end users with detailed parameters and photos
  • presentation of the full service history of the device
  • access to the list of service requests
  • handling service tasks
  • generating service logs
  • the ability to scan the QR code and identify the device
